We are rapidly growing and need additional help with sales and business development to support our leading edge technology and innovative solutions. Our expansion is a result of our superior results and world class service for our existing clients. We are a well-established firm providing credit and collection consultation to the Property Casualty, Life and Health Insurance market for more than 20 years. We represent 8 of the top 20 Insurance Carriers and over 100 Carriers nationally.

We are looking for a results driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations. Work experience within the insurance industry is preferred.


  • Prospecting. Cold calls, Warm Call. Referral
  • Conferences and Trade Shows
  • Working with Associations
  • Writing proposals
  • Presentations by, phone, in person and via Web-x
  • Contract Negotiations
  • Working within the insurance industry
  • First and third party collections
  • Insurance premium audit services  (Not Required)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Schedule sales activity
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Co-ordinate marketing activities
  • Sales calls to new and existing clients
  • Presentations to gain new and increase market share from existing clients
  • Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • Monitor and report on sales activities
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development



  • Proven working experience as sales associate
  • Track record of achieving sales quota
  • Travel Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Insurance industry and insurance product knowledge
